How long do I have to accept my refund?

Your refund will be available via the link you received for a period of 15 calendar days. After 15 days, the link will expire. We will make a total of 3 attempts to refund you, after which you must contact your healthcare provider directly, or email support@rightrefund.com, and discuss how to receive your refund.
