No! Right Refund is completely free for those receiving the refund, no fees will be applied anywhere during or after the refund process.
Your healthcare provider has determined that you are due a refund. To get your money to you quickly, your healthcare provider is using Right Refund to process the payment. Patient and Guarantor Information was provided by your healthcare provider for this purpose.
In this day and age that is a reasonable question. There are several ways to tell that the communication from Right Refund is legitimate.

2. We address you by your name and don’t say something vague like “Dear Patient.”

Your refund will be available via the link you received for a period of 15 calendar days. After 15 days, the link will expire.
